Bilkul bekar hotel hai. Bahr sa 4 star or andar sa 1 star hai. Room or toilets ki bilkul halat kharab hai. Paisa waste.

Location is premium it is near to every famous location in manali like mall road, hadimba temple and old Manali paradise, didn’t order, too expensive, service is average.

Only things great about this property are its staff and food! Excellent and super supportive staff there. The breakfast was great! However, would strongly advise NOT to stay at the property as the energies aren’t right, especially in the old wing. I fell sick the night I stayed at the new wing. Best to avoid! Thankful to MMT for assisting us with a refund.

pathetic experience, this hotel is not at all 4 star. Curtains are dirty, smelly rooms, staff is not at cooperative, washroom/bathroom are too small.

I booked all three room categories at this hotel. The attic rooms were average, but the premium and family suites were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel, especially since it’s within walking distance of all the major attractions in Manali. They could just improve their breakfast buffet a bit, and it would truly feel like a luxury hotel.
